How Nev works

It connects the pieces of your day, so you don't have to.

Your meals, sleep, medications, calendar, mood and energy each tell part of the story. Nev puts them together and tells you the one thing worth knowing, or nothing at all.

Where it learns from

Three places, all yours.

What you tell it

Your settings and your logs

Your medications, conditions, allergies and goals, plus the meals, shots and check-ins you log. A few taps a day, and each one makes Nev more useful.

What your apps share

Your connected apps

Your calendar, Apple Health and over 100 wearables and apps, if you choose to connect them. Sleep, activity and your schedule come in on their own.

What it notices

Patterns in your own days

How your meals connect to your energy, how your shot week changes your appetite, how a short night changes the next afternoon.

How a pattern earns its place

It doesn't guess. It waits until it knows.

First

Nev notices something

Something in your days lines up, like heavy dinners and rough nights.

Then

It keeps watching

Once isn't a pattern. Nev waits to see it happen again.

When it holds

It tells you

Once it's clear, you hear about it, at the moment it's useful.

If it doesn't

It lets it go

When your days stop backing it up, Nev drops it.

The Hive

One person teaches their own Nev. Together, people teach the Hive.

The Hive opens once Nev reaches 10,000 users. It looks for patterns across people facing similar things, like which foods tend to sit well in the days after a GLP‑1 shot.

It sees groups, never you

The Hive only works with patterns across many people. Your name and personal details are removed before anything is shared.

It suggests. Your life decides.

Ideas from the Hive come back to your Nev as suggestions, and they stay only if they hold true in your own days.

What it looks at

Foods that sit well for people managing what you manage, how timing and the shot cycle change things, and how seasons and weather shift mood and appetite.

Private by design

Your Nev is yours.

Most of your personal learning happens on your phone. Features that need the cloud use secure services, explained in our privacy policy. We never sell your data.
